We are getting more and more calls regarding the offertory envelopes. Some have reported that their monthly envelopes have not arrived by mail. Some, who have requested an address change, have not received their envelopes at the new address. Some who signed up for envelopes have not yet received them after quite a long time. These occurrences have happened from time to time but they seem to be more frequent and are taking longer to correct.          

      Although it is important to inform us when there’s a problem, the envelope company prints and mails out your offertory envelopes. They use a “mail house” service to mail out your offertory envelopes. Even though the church address is on the mailing, we have no control over the physical mailing of the offertory envelopes. We simply put requests into the company, and they make the changes, print the envelopes and have their mail house process the mailings. For this reason, it could take up to three or four months to see a correction or change of address or to get envelopes if you had just requested them.

     We ask every new parishioner to simply use a regular white envelope from home. Write your name and if you know it, your envelope number on the envelope.

    If you had no change in information and your envelopes did not arrive by mail this month, please use a regular white envelope from home and put your name and envelope number on it. You may do this until your envelopes arrive.
